Introduction to Operational Flow Orders (OFO)

The Golden Gate Market Center services include storage, parking and lending. The Market Center uses all available storage assets; however, storage assets reserved for pipeline balancing are released to the Market Center only when they are not needed to balance the pipeline. When an OFO is issued, only those parking and lending services that are utilizing storage assets reserved for pipeline balancing are interrupted.
