Are you interested in assigning some of your backbone transmission capacity to another party? If the answer is yes, Pacific Gas and Electric Company's California Gas Transmission (CGT) has put together a process that's as easy as 1, 2, 3.
To assign your capacity:
- Download the Assignment of Gas Transmission Services form, one of the Standard Forms available in .pdf format.
- Complete and print the form. Both the assignee and assignor must sign this form. (Directions for Filling Out Forms are available.)
- eMail the signed form to CGT. Please remember, the earlier CGT receives your complete Assignment of Gas Transmission Services form, the sooner the assignee may nominate using the assigned capacity.
Rather than assigning the capacity, you may also permit another party to nominate on your backbone transmission contract by using the Nomination Authorization form, also available in Standard Forms.
