Prepare for Your Project

PG&E's Building & Renovation Services Department can help you understand the steps you need to take to obtain new or upgraded gas and electric service.

Apply Online

When you're ready, apply anytime using Customer Connections Online (CCO). CCO allows you to access your application 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. So you'll be in the know around the clock.

After you apply, a PG&E representative will contact you within three business days to discuss your project and any materials we need in order to complete your application. At that time your representative will determine if an engineering advance is required for your project.
