プログラムの概要
PG&Eは、California Foundation for Independent Living Centers（CFILC）と連携し、高齢者および障害者に対する支援を提供します。この支援は、Disability Disaster Access and Resources（DDAR）プログラムを通して、Public Safety Power Shutoff（PSPS）や山火事発生時などの安全確保のための停電の前後および最中に提供されます。

プログラムのメリット
DDARプログラムは、医療上の必要性や自立生活を維持するために電力が必要なお客様に以下のような支援を提供します。
- 緊急時計画の作成
- Medical Baseline Program の申請
- ポータブルバックアップバッテリーの申し込み
- PSPS実施中のADA対応の乗車サービスおよびホテル滞在
- PSPS実施中の食料品
プログラムの加入資格
このプログラムは、High Fire-Threat District（CPUCの火災脅威マップに指定されている）地域に住んでいる、または2020年以降、2回以上のPSPSを経験しているお客様が対象となります。また、次の条件が必要となります。
- 電気医療機器または支援テクノロジーを使用している
- 障害または慢性疾患がある
- 自立生活を維持するために電気を必要とする
CFILCのDisability Disaster Advisory Committeeが、リソースの提供を受ける対象者を決定します。医療上の必要性と収入が考慮されます。
申請方法
DDARプログラムは、以下のいずれかの方法で申し込むことができます。
- DDARのウェブサイトにアクセスする、または
- お近くのDDAR参加センター（この下の「DDARプログラム参加センター」をご参照）までご連絡ください。

次回の安全停電の前に、お近くのDDAR参加センターまでお問い合わせください。DDAR参加センターは、障害者のために障害者により運営されています。
