PG&E Third-Party Programs consist of several distinct programs that assist our customers' efforts towards saving energy. Each program is managed by an energy-efficiency implementation specialist selected by PG&E to enhance our ability to reach residential and business customers. These programs have been designed to meet the unique needs of our diverse customer base, and offer a range of services to support customers in their energy-efficiency efforts.

The Advanced Energy Program Nexant |
This program will launch July 1, 2021. The Advanced Energy Program is a customer-centric demand side management (DSM) program offering tailored solutions for high tech and biotech (HTBT) customers. The program will focus on the highest potential end uses in the HTBT segments, including lighting (fixtures and advanced controls), HVAC (retrofits, controls, and optimization – including central plants, high-tech ventilation), process loads, data centers, and plug loads. The goal is to identify all feasible energy efficiency opportunities, including capital projects and controls upgrades, as well as retrocommissioning (RCx) to optimize existing equipment, scheduling, and controls sequences while shifting demand away from local and system peak periods. |

Industrial Systems Optimization Program (ISOP) |
The Industrial Systems Optimization Program (ISOP) will serves the industrial manufacturing and food processing market segments throughout PG&E’s territory, focusing on training, retro-commissioning, and capital projects with systems-level optimization. ISOP offers participants two tiers of engagement: 1) an enhanced track that includes energy management coaching, energy management and collaboration software, and ongoing energy coach support to drive projects; and 2) a standard track that includes regular energy coach touchpoints and technical support to identify and implement projects. ISOP offers traditional deemed, custom, and NMEC platforms to achieve savings, and supports all relevant measure types, with a focus on complex mechanical systems such as refrigeration, compressed air, pumping, fans, blowers, boiler and steam systems, and the industrial processes they serve. |

Business Energy Performance Program |
The Business Energy Performance (BEP) Program will provide energy efficiency services, technical assistance, and incentives to the industrial sector within the Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) service territory. The Program will target the Petroleum, Chemical and Minerals subsegments using a downstream market approach and leveraging the Deemed and Custom savings platforms to deliver cost-effective energy savings. The Program will also promote and leverage on-bill financing (OBF) as a tool to off-set the barrier of capital to fund projects. |

The Willdan Government and K12 Schools Program contributes to PG&E's efforts to achieve its share of California's ambitious energy efficiency (EE) and greenhouse gas reduction goals. The program offers a full range of measures, including (but not limited to): LED lighting and lighting controls, HVAC modifications and controls, HVAC retro-commission and operational measures, Refrigeration measures, and Boiler replacement and retro-commission. GK12 offers EE options tailored to small/medium/large public customers, including those in disadvantaged communities and those considered hard-to-reach (HTR) customers utilizing the deemed, custom, and normalized metered energy consumption (NMEC) measurement platforms. |
