The tools below provide an overview of possible PSPS impacted addresses and areas as well as where to go for updates once power has been turned off.
This tool provides the most accurate information for your address BEFORE your power has been turned off.
There is currently no PSPS event planned.
The potential outage area map offers general guidelines only. For the most accurate information, please use the address lookup tool.
It may take up to 10 seconds for an address to appear, especially if you are using a mobile phone that isn’t on WiFi. Start with the street address only. If your address doesn’t appear after 10 seconds, refer to the potential outage area map.
We will attempt to send you a text or call and email 48 hours before we turn off power, 24 hours before and just prior to shutting off power. If you didn’t receive any communications from us, be sure we have your correct contact information. Sign in to check your contact information.
If you have a landlord or property manager, they will receive notification on your behalf. We encourage you to contact them to confirm they know how to reach you. Or, sign up to receive PSPS ZIP Code Alerts for Non-Account Holders directly from PG&E.
You can also follow PG&E on social media or get PSPS updates from local news outlets or on our PSPS event page.
The potential shutoff area(s) map and address lookup tool are used for planning purposes before power is turned off. They are updated as new information becomes available. We encourage you to check back every few hours as the information may change. The date and time stamp shows the last time the files were updated.
