2. Service Address

Some customers receive PG&E service at multiple locations. This section indicates which property incurred the charges for this statement.

3. Your Account Summary

This section of the statement provides an overview of charges, payments received and your total amount due. A more detailed breakdown of your charges is also available on your energy statement.

4. Questions About Your Bill?

5. Total Amount Due

This section shows your charges and payment due date, all in one location.

6. Savings Alert

This section shows the total CARE discount you receive during the billing period. If relevant, we use this space for notes about your account and about any special programs you participate in that might affect your total charges.

7. Your Enrolled Programs

This section provides notes about any programs in which you are enrolled, details that affect your statement total and information about your participation in the CARE program.

8. Monthly Billing History

This chart helps you identify any trends in your monthly energy usage over the past year. You can use the information to identify changes in your total charges during different seasons or after installing energy-efficient equipment or appliances.

9. Important Messages

We use this space to share timely information, ranging from summer safety tips to regulatory updates.

10. Remittance Stub

The remittance stub indicates your account number, bill due date and total amount due. Send your payment to the address shown on the remittance stub. For your convenience, we include a windowed return envelope; place the remittance stub with our address showing through the window. The back of the remittance stub includes an area for you to update your account information and provides an overview of your payment options.
