PG&E’s Direct Payments for Community Recovery (DP4CR) Program is designed to easily and quickly compensate individuals whose homes, including manufactured homes, were destroyed by wildfire. Our goal is to pay claimants within 75 days after they submit a complete claim with supporting documentation. The program is open to Mosquito Fire claimants as of 11/3/2022.
Customers can create an account and complete the claim form online at www.dp4cr.com. The process is conducted online and can be completed, from start to finish, on your home computer or mobile device. Additional assistance is available to create an account or complete a claim by calling our Customer Support Team at 1-877-873-8246, or by visiting us in-person at our Local Assistance Center. Walk-ins are welcome and no appointment is required.
