The Community Based Organization (CBO) Case Management Pilot Program is designed to help customers lower or eliminate their overdue bills. It focuses on California communities where electric bills were highest compared to average customer income during the first year of the COVID-19 pandemic. The program features a statewide map that tracks overdue bills and disconnections by zip code. It also identifies CBOs nearby that can be of help. Learn more about the CBO Program.
