One-time authorization through Your Account to allow ongoing access to a registered third party of your choice. Data is transferred through Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), securely and automatically.

Electric meter interval usage

Download, in human readable format, electric usage across multiple meters or service agreement.

Customers sign in to Download My Data and download a file to send to a third party.

Gas and electric meter and interval demand usage

Download interval data and graphs for non-residential gas and electric services.

Select your third party from a drop down menu in Your Account, then data is transferred through Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) securely and automatically.

Capacity Bidding Program (CBP)

Usage data; customer data; billing, payment and credit history

Enroll in a demand response aggregator program. Also for aggregators who need to add or delete customers from their CBP portfolio.

Data is shared through secure file transfer server or APX Market suite system.

Form 79-1095: Authorization to Receive Customer Information or Act Upon a Customer's Behalf

Electric and gas usage data, customer data, billing, payment and credit history

Use a paper-based form to authorize an individual or a third party company, such as an energy management consultant, to access their billing and usage information.

Customers choose the level of information they authorize for the third party to access.

Paper-based requests for usage or billing data is provided by encrypted email or U.S. Postal Service upon request.

Form 79-1147: Authorization or Revocation of Authorization to Receive Customer Usage Information

Electric and gas usage data

Use a paper-based form to authorize third parties to access their gas or electric usage data.

Data is provided upon request by encrypted email or U.S. Postal Service, as designated by customer on the form.
