In general, we request that you use online forms for services scheduled to start at least two business days from the day you submit the form, excluding weekends and holidays. If you require immediate service or service within 48 hours, call PG&E Customer Service at 1-800-468-4743. Or sign in to Your Account to start or stop service or update your mailing address or phone number immediately.
Requests are processed within one business day of receipt. Please verify that your contact information is correct in case we need to reach you before your appointment. You will receive a confirmation statement by email to verify we have received your form.
If your service has been disconnected due to non-payment, call PG&E Customer Service at 1-800-468-4743. You may not restart service online due to non-payment.
