2022 Residential Equity Program

Overview

PG&E is issuing a Request for Abstracts (RFA) for an equity-based energy efficiency program for the Residential sector where the primary purpose is to achieve increased participation in EE with a focus on building electrification by hard-to-reach or low-moderate income customers and disadvantaged communities and provide targeted services to customers and regions which don’t historically receive it in advancement of the Commission’s Environmental and Social Justice (ESJ) Action Plan. In accordance with D.18-01-004, the Residential Equity Program will follow a two-stage solicitation process. Interested bidders participate in an RFA. Then, shortlisted bidders will be invited to participate in the Request for Proposal (RFP).

How to submit an abstract or bid

Save the RFA materials through Wood Mackenzie (formerly PowerAdvocate). Make certain to use the required file naming convention defined in the RFA General Instructions. All bid package materials must be submitted on the PowerAdvocate site by the due date indicated above in the event schedule.
