Most small and medium business customers can start or stop their gas and electric service quickly and easily online. If you’re an existing customer moving within PG&E’s service area, you can stop service on your current location and start service on your new location in a single transaction.
In most cases, you can start or stop service on the same day you complete your request—or arrange for service up to 60 days in advance.
If you’re new to PG&E, requesting new service takes only a few simple steps:
NOTE: If your new service requires a deposit, you may be able to have it waived. Follow the steps under In Lieu of Deposit.
