Save time and use PG&E online forms to schedule services

Business owners, property managers and developers can easily use these forms to submit service requests for up to 25 transactions.

Understand notification timelines for service requests

Use the following online forms to request services for your business. In general, we request that you use online forms for services scheduled to start at least two business days from the day you submit the form, excluding weekends and holidays. If you require immediate service or service within 48 hours, call PG&E Customer Service at 1-800-743-5000.

Requests are processed within one business day of receipt. Please verify that your contact information is correct in case we need to reach you before your appointment. You will receive a confirmation statement by email to verify we have received your form.

If your service has been disconnected due to non-payment, call PG&E Customer Service at 1-800-743-5000. You may not use online forms to restart service due to non-payment.


Stop or start gas service for fumigation services

Learn about scheduling stop and start services when you are fumigating your building. Note that we require at least 72 hours, excluding weekends and holidays, to stop gas service for fumigation purposes.

Change the mailing address for up to 25 accounts

You must be the customer of record or authorized to request these transactions.

Meter set – new or renovated properties

Use this form to switch from temporary power to regular service when development is complete on properties. Note that you must be the customer of record to request these transactions.
