Lower your operating costs with the Commercial HVAC Quality Maintenance Program

Poor heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) maintenance, or choosing to operate equipment until it breaks, called "run to failure," can be costly. These choices can lead to high emergency repair charges, reduced unit life and potential equipment replacement costs of $5,000 or more. The issues can also lead to conflicts between you and your tenants, longer vacancy times and reduced property value.

As a building owner, you can avoid many of these problems. Ask your contractor to switch to a proactive Commercial HVAC Quality Maintenance Program. Download PG&E's Commercial HVAC Quality Maintenance Program (PDF, 190 KB).

Understand the benefits of proactive HVAC maintenance
