The community's health and safety is top priority during the restoration effort

Protecting the health and safety of the public, workers and the environment has been and continues to be our top priority during the cleanup and restoration of the Hunters Point site. All site workers must have the appropriate safety training, and site supervisors ensure that workers comply with all safety and training requirements.

All cleanup work is being conducted under the oversight of the California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC). DTSC has an online repository of information related to the cleanup called Envirostor.
