Dining Options

The Conference Center provides delicious breakfasts, lunches, and dinners as well as refreshments in each of our break rooms.

The type of badge you have indicates what meals you are entitled to:
  • Lodging badge – breakfast, morning and afternoon break, lunch and dinner
  • Day-use badge – morning and afternoon break, lunch

Additionally, if you are planning an event, see our catering options below.

While onsite, if you desire a meal that is in addition to what your badge entitles you to, you can purchase the meal.

If you have special dietary needs, please let our Food and Beverage staff (extension 0) know as soon as possible. We can accommodate most needs. Vegetarian meal requests are taken at the Guest Services desk and, if received by 10 a.m., your request will be filled and ready for you to eat at lunch time.


Your lodging badge entitles you to breakfast, or you may purchase breakfast on a cash basis if you’re not lodging. Breakfast is served in the Dining Room from 6 a.m. to 8 a.m., Monday - Friday, and includes:
  • Hot and cold beverages
  • Cooked-to-order meals
  • Continental breakfast (available until 8:30 a.m.)

  • Coffee


A day-use or lodging badge entitles you to a complete lunch in the Dining Room or Deli at no additional charge. If you don’t have a day-use or lodging package, you can still purchase a meal on a cash basis.Lunch

Lunch is served in the Dining Room from 10:45 a.m. - 1:15 p.m., Monday - Thursday, and 10:45 a.m. - 1 p.m. on Friday. As an alternative, try a "grab and go" lunch in the Deli, which is open from 11a.m. - 1:30 p.m., Monday - Friday. Lunch is catered for weekend events.

Morning and Afternoon Breaks

Your lodging or day-use badge entitles you to snacks and beverages in the refreshment areas, Monday - Friday, and catered traditional morning and afternoon breaks in your meeting room.Bagel


Your lodging badge entitles you to dinner in the Dining Room at no additional charge, or you may purchase dinner if you’re not lodging. Dinner is served from 5 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. Monday - Thursday and catered on other evenings.

Catering Options

The Conference Center offers a wide variety of dining options for your event. Rates are based on the number of people participating and the menus and services selected.

Included in your package rate is the use of six refreshment areas located throughout the campus. Hot and cold beverages are provided in the refreshment areas. For more information on catering, please review the following and contact your meeting planner.

Guarantees and Cancellation Fees

We charge the full price for catered meals and/or breaks that are canceled or changed less than two (2) business days before the event.

Several catered lunch entrées are available within regular day-use or lodging package prices. Check with your meeting planner for these items.

Catering delivery charges may be applicable.

"Pop-up" Catering Requests

Any catering booked within 24 hours of your event is considered a "pop-up." Because of the short lead time, these last-minute catering requests are subject to a limited menu. Please contact your meeting planner for suggestions.

Groups of 40 or More

To expedite meal service, any event held for a group of 40 or more people must have all breaks and meals catered.

Buffet or China Service

We can provide a wide selection of standard or customized meals designed to meet your special needs. Prices listed are for buffet set-ups without china. An 18 percent service charge will be added to the prices listed for all functions with china service, all after-hours functions, and non-package plan events.


Alcohol may be served between the hours of 4 p.m. and 2 a.m. in designated areas only. A bartender fee may be applicable.

Outside Products

Conference Center policy does not allow food or beverages to be brought onto the property. If alcoholic beverages are to be served on the premises the Conference Center requires that beverages be dispensed only by its employees and bartenders. The Conference Center’s alcoholic beverage license requires us to:
  • Request proper identification (photo ID) of any person of questionable age and refuse alcoholic beverage service if the person is either under age or proper identification cannot be produced
  • Refuse alcoholic beverage service to any person who, in the Conference Center’s sole judgment, appears to be intoxicated.
