The kW values for October 27, 2002 at the half-hours ending 1:30 and 2:00 AM are the average of two intervals 
measured over the time before and the time after the clock is set back one hour from 2:00 AM to 1:00 AM. To 
obtain a 25-hour load profile, each of these values has to be duplicated.
