Renewable Feed-in Tariffs

Remaining unallocated capacity on E-SRG: 0 MW
Remaining unallocated capacity on E-PWF: 100 MW

AB 1969 E-SRG and E-PWF Tariff UPDATE: PG&E has received contracts for review and approval that exceed the available capacity under the Electric Tariff for E-SRG. Due to the large volume of PPAs submitted for the E-SRG waitlist, PG&E is not accepting any further additions. In addition, projects on the waitlist are only eligible for any E-SRG capacity that becomes available due to the termination of existing contracts prior to when a replacement tariff is filed. PG&E is continuing to accept contracts under the E-PWF Tariff and will continue to do so until a replacement tariff is filed.

SB 32 UPDATE: The replacement tariff will conform to California Public Utilities Commission Decision (“D.”) 12-05-035 and will replace the Electric Tariff for E-SRG and E-PWF. The E-SRG waitlist will not carry over to any available capacity once the new tariff is filed. Interested parties can follow the proceeding, and any California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) decisions related to the implementation of the Renewable Feed-In Tariff Program on this CPUC webpage:
