 Create a new nomination  
  • Type in required information
  • Enter into the Nominations table
  • Submit nominations to PG&E

    * New nomination(s) will be entered.

  
  • Retrieve existing nominations
  • Click on the New button
  • Type in required information
  • Enter into the Nominations table
  • Submit nominations to PG&E

    *Creates a new nomination in the next nomination mode of the selected flow date only (start and end dates will be disabled, but will default to the flow date selected).

Increase an existing nomination   
  • Search/Retrieve existing nomination(s)
  • Select latest cycle nomination to edit in the Nominations Table
  • Change nomination volume
  • Enter and submit

    * Existing nomination will remain in the system.

    * Before Deadline: a new nomination will be created for the full volume entered. This nomination will replace the last nomination submitted for the same mode.

    * After Deadline: a new nomination will be created for the full volume entered, with a new nomination mode tag (i.e., Timely, Evening, Intraday 1 or Intraday 2).

  
  • Retrieve existing nominations
  • Select latest cycle nomination, which may be an AutoRenom, to edit in the Nominations Table
  • Change nomination volume
  • Enter and Submit

    * Existing nomination will remain in the system.

    * A new nomination will be created for the incremental volume (the difference between the new nominated volume and the scheduled volume), with a new nomination mode tag (i.e., Timely, Evening, Intraday 1 or Intraday 2).

    * An AutoRenom change will reflect the new volume in its existing mode.

 Decrease an existing nomination

  • Retrieve existing nominations
  • Select latest cycle nomination, which may be an AutoRenom, to edit in the Nominations Table
  • Change nomination volume
  • Enter and submit
  • Work back through nominations in each mode to reach the desired volume for the day

    * The modified nomination will reflect the decreased volume change, keeping its existing nomination mode tag (i.e., Timely, Evening, Intraday 1 or Intraday 2).
