Four Nomination Cycles

* Pacific Gas and Electric Company will attempt, but cannot guarantee, delivery of the Confirmed Nominations and Scheduled Volumes (100) Report by the times shown above (Rule 21).

**In Intraday nominations, you will not be able to reduce your scheduled volume below the amount that has already flowed. The article on Elapsed Pro Rata Nominations describes the formulas for determining the lower limits for volume reduction.

Each nomination cycle will be scheduled independently. All cycles will be prioritized using Rule 14 (e.g., firm is scheduled before as-available). The current policy of "no bumping" will be maintained. However, if the upstream pipelines that you deal with enforce a "bumping" policy, it could affect the way in which your nominations are ultimately scheduled on Pacific Gas and Electric Company's system. For this reason, you may want to ensure that you have firm upstream supplies.
