To use INSIDEtracc Web, you must first download and install the Citrix plug-in by following these step-by-step instructions.
1. Find the Log On link, located under INSIDEtracc Web on Pipe Ranger’s home page. The Log On link can also be found under Pipe Ranger's Tools & Services page, under the INSIDEtracc section. Click the Citrix plug-in link adjacent to the Log On link as shown in Figure 1.
**The Recommended Download is automatically determined based on your computer configuration. Links to All Available Downloads can be used to download the Citrix plug-in for later installation onto another computer with a particular operating system.
3. You will see Installation Instructions for the Citrix plug-in (Figure 3). Click on the suggested file download.
If you are using Netscape Navigator, the file must be saved to a location on your computer. When you click on the file, you will automatically get a pop-up window asking for the location where you want to save the file. Save the file to a location of your choice. Go to that location and double-click on the file name to start the download.
4. Internet Explorer users have the option to "Run this program from its current location" (Figure 4). Click OK.
Note: If you receive a Citrix Security Warning pop up window (Figure 5), click the Yes button.
5. Click the Yes button (Figure 6) to install the Citrix ICA Web Client.
6. When the Citrix License Agreement screen appears (Figure 7), click the Yes button to accept the license and continue the download. Clicking the No button will end the download process.
7. Once the download is complete, you will see the Citrix ICA Web Client window (Figure 8). Click OK.
8. When the Pacific Gas & Electric Company Important Information window appears (Figure 9), click OK.
9. You will now be back at the Citrix Installation Instruction page (see Figure 3). Close your browser, then reopen it and go to the Pipe Ranger home page.
