To electronically confirm contract exhibits and accept agreements, you must first sign a revised Electronic Commerce System User Agreement.
Within one business day of receiving a completed new or revised ECS User Agreement from a customer, CGT will e-mail an INSIDEtracc User Name and Password to individuals listed in Exhibit B who do not currently have a User Name and Password. User Names and Passwords for individuals previously identified on an Exhibit B who already have access to INSIDEtracc will not change.
If you are a new user of INSIDEtracc, you must first download a Citrix plug-in to access the system. Once the plug-in is installed and your User Name and Password are set up, you can log on to INSIDEtracc.
