This comprehensive list for scheduling-related screens shows INSIDEtracc changes effective October 8, 2008.

Customers importing nominations using the Transportation Nomination Form: You will need to download the revised form from the Pipe Ranger Web site for use starting October 8!

Revised PG&E Gas Transportation Nomination Form

• Added Seller Code and Buyer Code columns
• Added Create Source TSA and Create Destination TSA columns
• Removed DwnCt column

Revised Navigation Menu Names & Corresponding Screen Names

• Query/Copy Unprocessed Noms (previously Query/Copy Nominations)
• Query/Replace Processed Noms (previously Query/Replace Nominations)
• Query CGT Pipeline Volumes (previously Query Pipeline)

Improved Downstream Delivery Functionality

• DD Pools removed from all nomination data screens (DD history will remain)

Added Seller and Buyer Code Fields to 3 Screens

• Import, Manual Input, Query/Copy Unprocessed Noms
• The Seller and Buyer codes will be auto-filled if you own the Source ID or the Destination ID
• The Seller or Buyer code will be available from a dropdown list if you are an agent on the Source ID or the Destination ID

Improved Source and Destination Rankings

• The Seller will control the Destination Ranking
• The Buyer will control the Source Ranking

Improved TSA Creation

After a TSA has been created it can be used for either a Source ID or a Destination ID.

Import:

• First time use when importing will be identified by a "Y" in the Create TSA column in your spreadsheet
• After first time use when importing leave Create TSA column blank; in other words, do not need to put an "N" in that column

Manual Input:

• First time use when manually inputting will be identified by clicking on the Create TSA box
• After first time use, no need to click on Create TSA box

Improved Nomination Data Displayed in Query/Replace Processed Noms Tabs

Renamed Tabs:

• Rank/Sch Vol Activity (previously Cycle Tab)
• Incr/Decr Activity (previously History Tab)
• Con/Sch Cut Msgs (previously Message Tab)

Added Tab:

• Nom/Conf/Sch Vols

Improved Sys Nom Functionality

• Sys Nom will no longer be displayed on any screens
• INSIDEtracc will continue to renom all Conf and Sch cut volumes
• Sys Nom will not be counted in your pool balance

Improved 100 and 110 Report Functionality

• 100 report is now called Customer Nomination / PG&E Confirmation
• 100 report will display cuts that happen in the Confirm process only
• 110 report is now called Customer Nomination / PG&E Allocation
• 110 report will display cuts that happen in the Schedule process only
• Both reports - All the nominations will be displayed in a gas day format
• Both reports - System generated noms (Sys Nom) will no longer be displayed
• Both reports - can be run for a specific cycle

Sort Order for 100 and 110 Report

• First, the nominations will be sorted by those that do not require Transport Exh, followed by nominations that require Transport Exh
• Second, by nominations where you own the Source and the Destination which are called a "Both" nomination
• Third, by nominations where you are buying the gas which are called a "Buyer" nomination
• Fourth, by nominations where you are selling the gas which are called a "Seller" nomination

Query CGT Pipeline Volumes (Query Pipeline)

Menu names have changed but the same functionality exists.
