• Service available beginning April 1, 2004
• Minimum of one year
• Maximum 15 years

Rates

• Fixed reservation charges for inventory
• Fixed usage charges for both injection and withdrawal
• In-kind shrinkage rate applies to injections

• Injection, inventory and withdrawal are bundled and must be contracted for proportionately

• Inventory Transfers
• Firm Injection available from March 1 to November 30
• Firm Withdrawal available from November 1 to March 31 with three additional months of countercyclical withdrawal chosen by customer
