Error Submitting Reports

Reports are now available in INSIDEtracc. Thank you for your patience as we resolved these printing issues.

California Gas Transmission has had a few calls from customers who are receiving an error message when trying to run INSIDEtracc reports this morning. This issue is both an internal and external user issue.
CGT is working to correct the issues affecting running reports. We appreciate your patience as we try to resolve these issues, and will keep you posted on our progress by updating this Pipe Ranger article.
In the meantime, if you are trying to run a report and are receiving an error message stating the system is unable to submit the job, please call our Helpline at 1.800.343.4743 and select Option 2, and our Scheduling team will be happy to run the report for you.
