Revised Committed Firm Baja Capacity for November, 2012

Committed firm capacity on the Baja path was previously noted in a Pipe Ranger article March 28, 2012 as 1100.7 MDth/day.
The committed firm capacity for the Baja path in November is actually 779.7 MDth/day.
