As reported previously, PG&E's California Gas Transmission has received approval of its Gas Accord V Settlement Agreement . PG&E will be filing an Advice Letter with the CPUC by April 22, 2011 to implement the Settlement Agreement and the associated noncore transportation rate tariffs. PG&E will include the associated core transportation rate changes in its monthly pricing Advice Letter to be filed with the CPUC by April 25, 2011. Attached are the transportation and storage rates that will likely be effective May 1, 2011, pending any changes between now and when PG&E files the Advice Letters.
On the attached rates document, the rates shown for 2010 were effective last year and through April 2011. The rates shown for 2011 will be effective from May 1st, through the end of 2011.
