NBAA Summary Report Improved
Friday, December 17, 2010
Based on customer feedback, California Gas Transmission has revised the 775 Report (NBAA Summary Report). The report can be processed for any effective date, and shows all end-use customers included in the shipper's Noncore Balancing Aggregation Agreement.
In addition to the Maximum Daily Quantity (MDQ) for each customer, the report has now been revised to also include each customer's Average Daily Quantity. The ADQ that shows on the report reflects the ADQ in effect for the month of the "effective date" parameter entered by the user.
The ADQ is particularly valuable during an OFO event. For noncore customers who do not have Automated Meter Reading (AMR) meters, noncompliance charges for an OFO are based on the ADQ or the actual meter usage, whichever results in a lesser noncompliance charge.
