Kern River Meter Station Capacity Reduction

Updated:The capacity reduction at Kern River Meter Station will continue through gas day April 23, 2010, continuing at the 400 MMcf/day level through that date. Again, this capacity reduction is not expected to impact California Gas Transmission customer nominations for deliveries off-system at Kern River Station.

Capacity at the Kern River Meter Station will be reduced to 400 MMcf/day for gas days April 12 through April 16 while PG&E's Gas Transmission team replaces the Bristol Flow Controller and performs meter tube maintenance. This capacity reduction is not expected to impact California Gas Transmission customer nominations for deliveries off-system at Kern River Station.
