502 Report Challenges

PG&E's California Gas Transmission is aware that some customers are experiencing difficulties when trying to run the 502 Report, "Activity by Customer", in INSIDEtracc. When requesting the report, please be careful to click the "submit" button only once. Requesting the report multiple times in a row will cause blockages in the report functionality. Also, please be aware that this report may take in excess of an hour to run, particularly if you are trying to run an entire month. We know this isn't ideal for you, and apologize for the inconvenience.
If you follow these guildelines and still experience problems, give your Account Services Representative a call (1.800.343.4743). We'll be happy to assist you in every way we can.
