Updated 1:00 p.m., PT - Thank you for your patience as PG&E personnel worked to resolve the logon issues for INSIDEtracc. Customers may now logon to the system. We appreciate your patience during this time.
California Gas Transmission is currently investigating the cause of logon issues for the INSIDEtracc system. PG&E technicians are assessing the situation, and we will update Pipe Ranger as soon as we have more information.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience.
