California Gas Transmission has published several articles in the past month about the issue of customers reducing a gas nomination between the confirm and schedule processes for a particular nomination cycle, and the resulting confusion that can occur in determining the source of resulting cuts (the "SchedVol02" problem). CGT has embarked on a long-term fix to correct this problem in INSIDEtracc. We are aiming for a late-March deployment of this fix.
