As a follow-up item of the OFO Forum on September 18th, PG&E's California Gas Transmission has created an OFO Issues and Implications Web page that discusses the topics from the OFO Forum in detail. Additionally, CGT has developed an OFO survey to gauge customers' opinions about potential process changes related to OFOs and capacity holding. These surveyed areas include:

• Auto Hold
• Flow Day OFOs
• Changes to the OFO Exemption
• Calling OFOs Earlier
