Monday, January 07, 2008
As reported in the December 7, 2007 article, PG&E's California Gas Transmission is collecting customer feedback on OFOs through January 10, 2008. Please take a moment to read the Issues and Implications Web page and complete the OFO survey.
If you have any questions or problems submitting the survey, please contact your CGT Account Services Representative. Thank you for providing your valuable feedback.
As a follow-up item of the OFO Forum on September 18th, PG&E's California Gas Transmission has created an OFO Issues and Implications Web page that discusses the topics from the OFO Forum in detail. Additionally, CGT has developed an OFO survey to gauge customers' opinions about potential process changes related to OFOs and capacity holding. These surveyed areas include:
- Auto Hold
- Flow Day OFOs
- Changes to the OFO Exemption
- Calling OFOs Earlier
Please take some time to review the issues and implications Web page and complete our OFO survey prior to January 10, 2008. Your opinion counts, and taking the survey is easy. You may complete the survey online and simply click on the upper right-hand box to e-mail it back to us.
Please contact your CGT Account Services Representative if you have questions. Thank you for taking the time to share your opinions with us!
