For gas days October 31 and November 1, 2007, Pacific Gas and Electric Company's California Gas Transmission called System-Wide OFOs even though the requirements for Customer-Specific OFOs were met. Recent operating experience and current market conditions led CGT to call the System-Wide OFO.

This notice is provided in accordance with the OFO Settlement (Section (9), page 9).
