INSIDEtracc Training Dates

As previously announced in a Pipe Ranger article, California Gas Transmission's nomination system, INSIDEtracc, will be Web-based starting May 22, 2007. Customers are encouraged to sign up for training soon.
Training sessions will be conducted over the next four weeks using the Genesys online Web conferencing tool. CGT is asking customers to sign up for one of the training sessions. Once a customer has completed a training session, a CGT representative will call to provide them with a user name and password for the new system.
All sessions will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Pacific time. Please choose one of the following dates:
- May 15, 16, 17, 18
- May 21, 23, 24, 25
- May 29, 30
- June 6, 7, 8
Instructions for entering the online training session will be sent to each enrolled customer prior to the training.
How to Sign Up
Customers should contact Susan Newman by telephone (415.973.2241) or e-mail with the following information:
- First and last name
- Company name
- Company phone number
- E-mail address
- Date of training session desired
On May 22nd customers may choose to use the new Web-based screens upon logging in to INSIDEtracc, or continue to use the existing Citrix-based system. For a three week period, two separate Web URLs will allow customers to choose which system they'd like to use. Please note that starting June 11, customers will be required to use the Web-based environment.
