Resolved: Therm Factors and Usage Data Problems

Earlier we were experiencing problems with the therm factors and usage data for Gas Day March 18th. Both problems have been resolved. Customers will now see therm factors on their 400 Report and see usage data in the Noncore Usage Forecast Screen. Thank you for your patience.
