Logon and Password Changes
PG&E's California Gas Transmission customers may now logon to INSIDEtracc. Customers will be prompted to change their passwords for entry to the system.
To prevent password problems, customers should follow the recommended password security guidelines previously posted on Pipe Ranger.
- Set length to be between eight and ten characters; this is the length needed in order for INSIDEtracc's password to synchronize with the Citrix password
- Include a mix of numbers, characters, uppercase and lowercase letters, with letters mixed so as to not form recognized words
- Use a number at the beginning or end
Nomination Processing
Intraday 2 nominations for gas day March 6 and Evening nominations for gas day March 7 have been confirmed in INSIDEtracc.
Reports are Unavailable
INSIDEtracc reports are currently not available. We will update Pipe Ranger when the reports are available.
