CGT Publishes Credit Procedure Web Page

Pacific Gas and Electric Company's California Gas Transmission has published a credit procedures Web page to assist new and current gas transportation customers with the credit process. Establishing credit is required of all customers that request natural gas transmission services such as transportation and storage. From the credit procedure
Web page on Pipe Ranger, customers can download the credit application, letter of credit template, guaranty agreement and the applicable gas Rules.
Credit requirements will vary by the products that customers wish to purchase. When preparing a credit application, please be aware that CGT will ask for:
- Annual Reports for the past three fiscal years
- The most recent SEC Form 10-K (or substitute audited annual financial information)
- The most recent quarterly or monthly financial information available such as a balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement
- A list of your corporate affiliates, parent companies and subsidiaries
