Missing AMR Usage Data

The AMR data transfer issue from this past weekend is resolved, and AMR data for August 11, 12 and 13 is now available through INSIDEtracc.

All AMR data for August 13 and partial AMR data for August 11 and 12 has been received and is available through INSIDEtracc. CGT is working with all necessary parties to recover the remaining data for Friday and Saturday as quickly as possible.
CGT will post updates to this article on the status of the missing AMR data. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Due to an internal data transfer problem, AMR data for August 11, 12 and 13 is currently unavailable. Pacific Gas and Electric Company programmers are working to resolve this issue. Daily usage files for the weekend data will be reloaded this morning, and up-to-date AMR usage data should be available by the end of today.
