Synchronized Passwords Not in Synch
Wednesday, March 22, 2006
Citrix and INSIDEtracc passwords are now in synch. If you were prompted to change your password yesterday and needed your old and new passwords to logon to INSIDEtracc, the system has synchronized those passwords. Your new password will be required for your next logon to Citrix and INSIDEtracc.
Passwords between Citrix and INSIDEtracc are now back in synch. If you were prompted to change your password yesterday, your new password will be required for Citrix and INSIDEtracc at this time. Thank you for your patience.
Customers who changed their INSIDEtracc passwords today, March 21, will need to take extra steps tomorrow to logon.
Due to a server issue, INSIDEtracc password changes made today will not synchronize back to change the associated Citrix password. This is a temporary issue that we expect to resolve this evening.
California Gas Transmission apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause. Until the issue is corrected, customers who changed their passwords today will need to use their old password for the Citrix logon, and their new password for the INSIDEtracc logon.
