The OFO notice titled "CSOFO Low Inventory Targeted Notice" released at 7:35 a.m. Pacific time was sent in error to all pipeline customers. A new targeted customer-specific OFO message titled "CSOFO Low Inventory Targeted Notice" was sent at approximately 8:15 a.m. PT only to those customers who are targeted for the March 22, 2006 customer-specific OFO.
