Enlightenment on Replacement Nominations

Students of Pipe Kwon Do know that serenity, calculated movements and fearlessness in the face of stress are qualities that provide great advantage. Students can train themselves to avoid the obstacles of anxiety and indecision; however, sometimes a revision is the direct road to nirvana. The Replace Volume or Rank screen is the place to perform nomination revisions.

After each nomination cycle deadline has passed, users may do the following:

1. Increase a nomination. INSIDEtracc will allow nominations to be increased as many times as the user wishes.
2. Decrease a nomination. INSIDEtracc will allow nominations to be reduced as many times as the user wishes, down to the Elapsed Pro rata Scheduled Quantity (EPSQ).
3. Increase then decrease the same nomination. INSIDEtracc will allow a nomination to be increased then the same nomination can be decreased down to EPSQ.

Users may not perform a decrease and then an increase on the same nomination.
Users cannot decrease a nomination back to a prior cycle, followed by an increase to that same nomination. For example, after the Timely cycle, the following nomination is in place for a customer:

Prior to the Evening cycle deadline, the user reduces the nomination to 500. The Replace Volume or Rank screen will now display the following transaction in the Cycle tab:

The reduced nomination of 500 is marked with a valid status until the Evening confirmation process is complete. If the user tries to increase this nomination to 800, they will receive a popup message, "Unable to process due to fluctuating volumes."

After the Evening confirm and schedule processes have been run, the reduced nomination of 500 will replace the previously scheduled Timely nomination of 1000. The Replace Volume or Rank screen will now show the following:

Enlightenment - Create a New Nomination

If a nomination has been decreased users cannot increase it, however users can still get the increase they desire by other means. If the user wants to increase a previously decreased nomination, they may create a new nomination, and it must include a new unique Package ID.
