Noncompliance Charges Modified for OFO Called for Gas Day November 16
Tuesday, November 15, 2005
California Gas Transmission earlier today called an OFO for gas day November 16 due to high inventory on its pipeline system. With a tolerance level of 5% and noncompliance charge of $1.00/Dth, necessary relief has not occurred to manage the pipeline within safe operating conditions.
Due to continued high inventory, CGT is raising the noncompliance charge for the OFO for gas day November 16 to $5.00/Dth, and is asking all customers to pay close attention to balancing gas supply with usage.
