As reported in earlier Pipe Ranger articles, PG&E's California Gas Transmission is implementing bumping on its nomination system effective Tuesday, November 8, 2005. As-available nominations placed in the Timely or Evening cycle on Monday, November 7 for gas day Tuesday, November 8 could be bumped by firm nominations placed in the Intraday 1 cycle on Tuesday, November 8. This may be of special concern on the Baja Path, which has been at full capacity recently.
