Due to extremely high inventory conditions on the Pacific Gas and Electric Company pipeline system, a Customer-Specific OFO is being called for gas flow day October 8, 2004.

If the pipeline inventory level does not fall within the normal operating limits as designated by the System Inventory Status graph after the Evening scheduled cycle has been processed, a Receipt Point Capacity Allocation may be necessary for the Intraday 1 cycle for flow day October 8.
