Due to high pipeline inventory and unplanned outages at Redwood path compressors Tionesta K-1 and Gerber K-1, Pacific Gas and Electric Company's California Gas Transmission will take the following actions:

• Intraday 1 nominations will be limited to evening scheduled volumes for gas day June 29, 2004.
• Redwood path capacity for gas days June 29 and June 30, 2004, will be reduced to 1735 MMcf/d.
