Follow-up re May 9 SW-OFO
Wednesday, May 12, 2004
On Saturday, May 8, 2004, Pacific Gas and Electric Company's California Gas Transmission called a High Inventory System-Wide OFO (SW-OFO) for gas day May 9, 2004. The OFO notification was posted to Pipe Ranger, sent via OFO Blast Page, and recorded on both the CGT Gas Scheduling Hotline and the CGT Helpline.
However, due to procedural error, the OFO notification was not sent out through INSIDEtracc (neither as a shipper notice nor an e-mail). Nor was data updated in the 900 Report ("Flow Order Event Customer Summary")or the Core Usage/Forecast Screens. Because of this situation, CGT will not bill customers for any potential noncompliance charges that might have been incurred related to the OFO event of gas day May 9, nor will this count as an "occurrence" for Core Transport Agents.
We appreciate the efforts by all of our customers who successfully managed their supply versus usage during this OFO event.
Please contact a CGT Account Services Representative if you have any questions or concerns.
