On December 23, 2003, Pacific Gas and Electric Company made compliance filings of gas rates and tariffs effective January 1, 2004. Pipe Ranger's rates pages now reflect the complete rates (to four decimal places) adopted by the California Public Utilities Commission in its Gas Accord II -- 2004 Decision 03-12-061 .
