California Gas Transmission is receiving incomplete usage data for INSIDEtracc's 400 Report. Some customers may notice lower than normal usage data being reported on the report. We are aware of this issue, which is independent of Pacific Gas and Electric Company's recent modifications to its billing system, and are working diligently to resolve the problem.
